Fashion has such a strong presence that, you don't need cosmetic surgery to change who you are. Fashion has a way of turning people into the entities that they have always desired.
Check the woman on the right, can you imagine her in regular everyday clothing? She wouldn't be anything to really look at honestly. What she is wearing and how she is wearing it, for me is making her sexy.
This same effect happened with Kelly Osbourne.
