Yes Katie Grand is somebody, but she is not FAMOUS, known in the fashion world as a somebody...outside of that mmm nobody...So when a "nobody" is rocking something flamboyant off the runway, I've noticed that it's way more effective versus Rhianna rocking that entire Louis Vuitton outfit below.
